Basic Requirements needed from Client Site:

1. For Smart Devices & Touch Switch, min. depth requirement is 55mm (to 65mm for Smart Devices) in Gang Box to place device properly in it.
2. For Mechanical Switch, requires 55mm Depth in Electrical Gang Box.
3. Require At least 60% Wi-Fi connectivity to all devices for smooth operation.
4. Single phase in same room should be common. So electronic device with 2 way connections can operates properly.
5. Mesh Network Compatible Wi-Fi Router (2.4GHz) is Recommended for better Connectivity & programming.
6. For IR Blaster, required all Devices IR based.
7. For Curtain Automation, 4 cables required between Curtain Motor to Curtain Switch at Switch Board.
8. If any cabling required at site, this will be in client scope.
9. For experience, visit our Kandivali Studio.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Price: Quoted prices are net Ex-works, packing and forwarding charges extra at actuals.
2. Taxes and Duties: Will be charged extra as applicable at the time of delivery. At present we are charging 9% CGST + 9% SGST, i.e. 18% GST
3. Payments: 100% Advance.
4. Insurance: To be arrange by you at your cost.
5. Delivery: Min. 7 days or higher, depends on order quantities.
6. Transport: Packing Forwarding & Courier Charges extra at actual.
7. Destination: To be indicated by you.
8. Warranty on Products: The products are exhaustively tested before dispatch.  In the event of failure during 3* years to 5* years from the date of Invoice (receipt) by the you, product will be replace/repaired free of charge (only courier charges payable from client) provided that it has been used within its electrical, mechanical and environmental rating and it is returned to our works carriage pre-paid. No responsibility can be accepted for any consequential damage.
9. After sales service charges are extra per visit Rs. 1250/- only. 

The following cases are not included in the product warranty:

1. If the product is damaged due to power fluctuation or burnout.
2. If the product is damaged due to water logging.
3. If the product is physically damaged.
4. If, in any condition, the product is damaged by a natural impact such as lightning, earthquake, or flood.
5. It is mandatory to call from the site if there are any issues in the application or networking before returning the product.
6. Returning courier charges are in client scope.
7. It is also mandatory to call whenever there is any issue in Alexa, Google home or any third-party integrator before returning the product.
8. For any advance replacement, a call regarding the product details is compulsory to provide to the support team from the site.
1. Site visit charges is Rs.: 1250.00 only if product familiarity occurs due to client mistakes.

Note:

10. If no details are found on the product, it will be returned in the same condition, or we will replace the master board, which will be on a minimum chargeable basis.
11. All products will be appropriately tested, and a report will be generated at the headquarter after the product is replaced from the site and will be considered final.
12. It is a request to send the replaced products to the headquarters within 15 days at your (client) cost.
13. Warranty Confirmation: Please confirm warranty periods for products Client Buys.
14. Amendments and Cancellations: Amendments and Cancellations are only accepted on the understanding that any costs incurred by us are recoverable. These charges will be related to the stage reached in manufacture. For special or nonstandard products, we may be unable to accept amendments or cancellations, because if they are completed, or part completed, there could be no alterna­tive market outlet.
15. Site Visit Charges: 1250.00 only. Which is Refundable**
16. After sales service:*** For any other services/ programming settings or extra service visiting charges will be extra @ Rs. 1250/-

Note: * Depends on products.

           ** Refundable in final bill after finalized the Order.

           *** It depends on extra or other services.

17. Electrician and Installation: Will be charge extra on quoted price plus service charges extra.
